Shipping policy


Processing time


Orders are handcrafted in Canada and ship within 1–3 business days. In most cases, regularly stocked items ship same day. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, noted on the listing.


Shipping destinations & carriers


We ship via Canada Post and partner carriers. Tracking is provided on every order.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude processing time.


International orders — Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)


All international orders ship DDU. The customer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are not refundable.
Refusal of a package due to unpaid duties or customs fees is treated as a customer-initiated return. Any return shipping, carrier fees, and non-recoverable outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
EU Customs Duties (effective July 1, 2026): Orders shipped to European Union countries are subject to a customs duty of approximately €3 per item, applied by EU customs upon entry. This charge is separate from any shipping fees and is the responsibility of the customer as the importer of record.


Lost, delayed, or damaged packages


Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their control. We will assist with tracking inquiries and damage claims, but we are not liable for carrier delays, lost parcels confirmed as delivered, or damage occurring in transit beyond what the carrier reimburses.


Address accuracy


Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the customer's expense, or refunded less original shipping and any return fees.


Returns & return shipping


Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service — items lost in return transit cannot be refunded.
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
